These terms describe the basic rules for using FlowGuide. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use FlowGuide.
Service
FlowGuide provides a Chrome extension and related services for guided support workflows, templates, local productivity, personal sync, and team workspace features.
Your responsibilities
- Use FlowGuide only in a lawful and authorized way.
- Do not upload or store content that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, seat limits, or product security controls.
- Review your own workflow content before using it with customers or regulated processes.
Accounts and teams
Some features require sign-in. Team workspace access is controlled by roles and invitations. You are responsible for inviting the correct people and assigning appropriate roles.
Availability and changes
FlowGuide may change over time as the product is prepared for Chrome Web Store launch and future hosted services. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to operate or secure the service.

FlowGuide helps organize support workflows. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, or compliance advice. Your team remains responsible for the accuracy and suitability of its workflows and templates.
